Shipping and Delivery

At Klymeronix, we want your toys to arrive safely and as quickly as possible. Below you will find information about how we process and ship orders.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been confirmed. During busy periods, such as holidays or promotional sales, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Shipping Times

Once shipped, delivery times generally depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard delivery within Germany usually takes between 3 and 7 business days. Deliveries to other countries within the European Union may take between 5 and 12 business days.

These timeframes are estimates and not guarantees, as delivery can be affected by factors outside our control, including:

  1. Carrier delays.

  2. Customs processing for international shipments.

  3. Public holidays.

  4. Extreme weather conditions.

  5. Unforeseen logistical issues.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the size and weight of your order, and the shipping method chosen. Any applicable shipping fees will always be shown to you before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available, so you can follow your package on its way to you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. Klymeronix is not responsible for delays or non delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at info@klymeronix.com as soon as possible so we can assist you and work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
